Our client, Retail Company, is now seeking for a high calibre individual to join their team as Human Resources Manager (Ref: 37043)

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the entire process of recruitment and selection for front line staffs, including candidates sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, preparing employment agreements and related documents.
• Reviewing current recruitment channel and benefit package
• Implementing new channel for recruitment through SNS such as Facebook etc.
• Manage Manpower plans and programs
• Implementing training opportunity, company's event etc.
• Prepare various reports and analysis for management review
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 3-5 years front line Recruitment experience in Retail or F&B industries
• Flexible mindset for efficient recruitment such as using social media
• Proactive and result-oriented; willing to take up challenges
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
