Responsibilities

• To deliver efficient service to all guest in a friendly and professional manner at all times and display excellent customer service and awareness.
• To ensure the accurate ate and professional recordings of bookings for all activities of the operation.
• To ensure the reception area is kept in a professional and appealing manner and in a way that provides efficient service.
• To liaise with all other areas of the operation in the relaying of information and taking personal responsibility for the smooth operation of the outlet.
• Must be able to maximize the seating capacity of the outlet to ensure the highest profitability available during all meal periods.
• Must be able to accurately allocate table turn times in order to achieve maximum capacity.  
• To be self-motivated to learn and improve personal knowledge to the benefit of the guests and to the company.
• To drive sales for products whenever possible.
• To develop positive working relationships within all the teams of the operation.
• Demonstrate an excellent overall knowledge of the restaurant/ bar products and pro-actively cross-sell to customers/ guest.
• Must have pleasant personality and a desire for ultimate guest satisfaction at all times.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Must remain calm and professional in manner during working hours, and represent the company in a respectful manner even during off hours.
• Must develop and maintain positive working relationship within all teams of the operations.
• Must be able to take direction from other team members within the company.
