Job Duties:

• Be responsible for the full set of shipping & delivery process, not limited to packing shipment
• Handle in the shipment documentations
• Communicate with clients to ensure services required by customers are met
• Follow-up on orders taken including monitoring, tracking of shipments and advising customers on the shipment status
• Provide administrative and clerical support, such as data entry tasks, filling
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• DSE/ F.5 or above, High Diploma in related discipline definitely preferable
• Knowledge in logistic daily practices
• Minimal 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in warehousing and/or logistics industry would be an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Responsible, positive manner to change, able to handle in multi-task independently
• Comprehensive knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Immediate available preferred
