Job Duties:
Responsibility:

• Handle general office administration work and reception duties, such as greeting guests and answering phone calls
• Handle incoming/outgoing mails and courier services
• Provide general office administrative and clerical support; and handle any ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Perform outdoor duties when necessary
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirement:  

• High diploma or Fresh Graduate is also welcome
• 1 year or above relevant experience
• Initiative, well-organize, helpful and responsible, communicate and coordinate with all parties concerned efficiently & effectively
• Possess excellent reception skills and telephone manners
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
• Immediate available is preferable

Working hours: 9:00am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Fri; 09:00 to 1:00 Saturday morning. 14 days annual leave, public holiday. Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui
