Job Description
岗位职责:
1. 負責一般文書工作, 接聽來電, 接洽及聯絡公司客戶, 跟進及撰寫電郵,文件整理及資料輸入。
2. 處理老闆私人事務及一般辦公室工作公司事務,跟進分派的工作 ,間中需外出工作。
工作要求:
1. 中五畢業 / 完成DSE或同等學歷,2年全職工作經驗。
2. 良好的粵語;普通話; 良好的英語; 懂讀寫中文; 懂讀寫英文。
3. 懂Microsoft Office; 懂中英文打字; 懂中英文電腦操作。
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for general clerks work, answering calls, contacting corporate clients, follow up and reply e-mails, document sorting and data entry.
2. Dealing with boss's personal affairs and general office work, follow up assigned work, may need to fulfill assignment outside office.
Requirements:
1. HKCEE / completion DSE/ or any same level,2 years full time working experience.
2. Fluent Cantonese; Mandarin; Fluent English; Able to read and write Chinese; Able to read and write English.
3. Microsoft Office; Chinese and English typing; Chinese and English computer operations.
