Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
- Provide administrative support to the team such as prepare periodic reports, etc
- Answer calls and emails in order to respond to client enquiries
- Assist the team to organize and co-ordinate sales blitz, exhibitions and other events
- Maintain clients database
- Complete any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
- With relevant working experiences in Hotel industry is an advantage
- Responsible, well-organized with good communication and presentation skills
- Good command on both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
