Senior Sales Admin Officer – Large Listed Group (HK$25K-28K); 5day; Admiralty
Our client is a large famous listed Group in HK who is seeking a high caliber person to fill the Senior Sales Admin Officer position:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update sales brochures and other statutory documents, application of pre-sale consent, preparation of marketing collateral, etc.;
- Liaise with legal consultants for statutory compliance and related sales administration;
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities of the property portfolio;
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and ad hoc tasks assigned by the team;
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Business Administration or related disciplines;
- 3 years of relevant experience preferably in property developers or surveying firms;
- Knowledge in Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance is an advantage;
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English, fluent in Putonghua;
- High proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing;
- Detail minded with strong interpersonal and organizing skills;
