Job Description

1.全面的人力资源职责,包括招聘,学习与发展,员工关系,绩效管理,继任计划

2..与领导合作推动组织发展计划,包括员工队伍和技能分析,继任计划,学习和发展规划,变革管理和沟通等

3..通过与业务中的各利益相关方密切合作,推动创新的员工参与计划

4.与公司总部工作并与全球同行密切合作,确保人力资源计划的顺利实施

5.领导人力资源项目,包括但不限于绩效管理,组织结构审查和员工敬业度

6.研究新流程并持续分析现有流程以确保最有效的运营。

 

工作要求

1.人力资源管理或相关领域的学士学位

2.在跨国公司和快节奏的工作中拥有8年以上的人力资源领导经验

3.在所有人力资源管理领域的专业知识,包括员工敬业度,薪酬福利,政策,雇佣法,综合人才管理实践,员工关系,招聘和留任以及专业培训和发展举措

4.熟练的传播者。良好的书面和口头沟通技巧,包括向各级员工和董事会提供信息的能力(普通话将是一个优势)

5.能够以强大的商业头脑,客户服务导向,卓越的外交和影响力技巧理解和表达综合人力资源/人员流程的战略价值

6.强大的员工关系经验和能力有效地指导管理人员解决绩效问题和差距,与前线工作部门合作的经验将是关键

7.强大的组织发展/设计和变革管理经验,能够领导,规划,管理和实施变革

 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Full HR duties include Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Succession Planning
  2. Partner with the leaders to drive organization development initiatives including workforce and skills analysis, succession planning, learning and development planning, change management and communication etc.
  3. Drive innovative employee engagement programs by working closely with various stakeholders in the business
  4. Working from the corporate headquarter and work closely with global counterparts to ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives
  5. Take a lead on HR projects, including but not limited to, Performance Management, Organizational Structure Review, and Employee Engagement
  6. Research new processes and continually analyze existing processes to ensure the most efficient operations are in place

 

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  2. 8+ years HR Leadership experience within a multinational and fast paced work
  3. Expertise in all areas of human resource management including employee engagement, compensation, benefits, policies, employment law, integrated talent management practices, employee relations, recruitment and retention, and professional training and development initiatives
  4. Skilled communicator. Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to present information to all levels of staff and to the Board (Mandarin will be an advantage)
  5. Ability to understand and articulate the strategic value of integrated human resource/people processes with a strong business acumen, customer service orientation, excellent diplomacy and influence skills
  6. Strong Employee Relations experience and ability to effectively coach managers around addressing performance issues and gaps, experience working with front-line work-forces will be key
  7. Strong organizational development/design and change management experience with ability to lead, plan, manage and implement change
