Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support, report to Sales Managers for Local and Overseas
- Coordinate and assist with sales quotation / invoice / inventory check
- Handle after-sales problems
- Handle shipment arrangement and shipping related document issues
- Coordinate with different internal departments including Merchandising, Warehouse and Accounting
- Prepare monthly sales reports
Requirements:
- F.6 or above, IANG VISA also welcome
- Good knowledge of PC (Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook)
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese are must
- Proactive, motivated, team-player and able to work under pressure with different departments
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
