Responsibilities:

• Be a strategic HR business partner, to provide a full range of HR services to the Group, the scope of services include but not limited to recruitment and selection, payroll administration, performance management, employee relations, etc.
• Review, formulate and implement HR policies, ensure the compliance of Employment Ordinance, and keep abreast with the latest HR trend of the industry
• Provide leadership and coaching to the team, ensure effective delivery of HR services and develop the potential of team members to the fullest
• To perform HR budget planning and controlling
• Prepare HR reports and analysis for management review
• Assist in various corporate events and staff activities
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in HRM, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in HR
• Well-versed with Hong Kong & Macau Employment Ordinance
• Strong leadership and self-motivated
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
