Job Duties:

• Provide a full spectrum of compensation and administrative support to the HR team
• Administer and maintain HR system and all personnel profiles
• Support recruitment process, i.e. candidate screening, interview coordination, test preparation, interview arrangement, etc.
• Assist with work visa applications and reference checks
• Support and assist company recruitment drive and recruitment event logistics
• Perform ad-hoc HR-related duties as assigned by team

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with one year of work experience, preferably major in Human Resources
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin 
• Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions
• Be punctual, reliable and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
