Job Description

岗位职责:

  1. 在总裁领导下负责公司具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况;
  2. 做好公司总裁办公会议和其他会议的组织工作。做好决议、决定,文件的起草、发布等;
  3. 做好文件的发放、登记、传递、催办、立卷、归档工作;
  4. 负责保管使用图章和介绍信;
  5. 负责公文办理,解决来信、来访事宜,及时处理、汇报;
  6. 负责内部信息搜集、反馈工作和协调内部各部门共同办理的综合性工作;
  7. 负责组织、安排、汇总公司及各部门节假日的值班;
  8. 协助总裁调查研究、了解情况并提出处理意见或建议,供集团领导决策;
  9. 记好公司大事记,及时收发、采访公司在经营决策及深化改革中的经验、好人好事、先进事迹,办好通讯,树立、辅助建立良好的企业文化;
  10. 贯彻执行上级安全施工方针、法律、法规、政策和制度;
  11. 协助企业领导贯彻上级有关安全生产指示,做好公司安全会议组织安排,对安全部门的有关文件材料及时审核安排打印下发;
  12. 做好安全管理活动、新技术的宣传动员工作;
  13. 在事故处理过程中,负责协助安全管理部门做好接待和善后处理工作;
  14. 完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求:

  1. 本科及以上学历,具有行政、人力资源等的专业知识;

2.3年以上本职工作经验或5年以上同等职位工作经验;

  1. 热爱公司,有较强的综合协调能力和组织管理能力;
  2. 虚心学习,积极进取,有较强的工作责任感和事业心。

 

Job responsibilities:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with professional knowledge of administration and human resources;

More than 2.3 years of working experience or more than 5 years of equivalent position;
