Responsibilities:

• Responsible to take part in a facility renovation project
• Help coordinate and manage project from inception to completion
• Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents
• Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications
• Help create, manage, and maintain project budget
• Consult with and gather information from technicians, engineers, contractors, etc.
• Maintain positive vendor and client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred
• At least 6 years of experience in project management or as an administrative assistant in the public sector
• Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
• Multi-tasker, can handle stress and fast-paced environment
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English is a must
• Immediate availability preferred
