Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including managing candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, phone screening, interview arrangement and offering process in large volume.
• Support in the preparation of recruitment report
• Undertake various administrative work such as photo coping / preparation of related documents and materials.
• Data entry of employee information and various log sheets with high level of accuracy.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement

• Undergraduates are welcome - Studying HR or related degree / course preferred.
• Able to work regularly Mondays to Fridays during 9am to 6pm (minimum 2-3 full days per week), may require OT when necessary.
• Able to execute accurately.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to learn and highly flexible.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

• Salary: $60/ hour
