Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle all-rounded office administration functions: maintenance of office equipment, office supplies management, receptionist, etc.
- Responsible for recruitment, payroll calculation, leave management, MPF and group insurance administration
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Organize corporate events such as Annual Dinner & Christmas party
- Support Admin & HR Manager ad hoc job tasks
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management
- 1-2 years working experience in HR & office administration
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Good knowledge with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations
- Mature, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
