Responsibilities:

• Conduct candidate search and selection process, identify potential candidates to match clients' needs and requirements.
• Make recommendations for the candidates before client-interview, evaluate candidates' needs and wants.    
• Follow up on client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage, and follow up on candidates feedback after and on-job.
• Developing client business relationship, identify business opportunities and develop new business account, cold calling and warm calling.
• Build and maintain database of candidate pool and manage recruitment-related reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree hold with Sales & Marketing / Human Resources / IT / Business
• 1 to 7 years' experience in Recruitment / Searcher would be an advantage
• Working experience or knowledge in IT industry / Banking & Finance is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work under pressure, fast-learner, energetic, resourceful, focused & responsible.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Applicants with no recruitment experience with IT knowledge would also be considered
• Applicants with 5+ years' Executive Search experience will be considered for Senior Role
