This position is based in Hong Kong.

Job duties:

• Work closely with recruitment and HR head on daily HR issues, including recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, reporting etc.
• Assist in CV screening, interview arrangement, job posting and offer proposal.
• Help to prepare employment contract and other on-boarding necessaries, to deliver the best Travelzoo experience to new members.
• Generate and prepare HR related reports like headcount review, quarterly sales bonus etc. What you can learn:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree
• Good at spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Outlook
• Able to work at least 2 days per week.
