Job Description
We are a subsidiary of a fast-growing HK based financial group who is providing various financial services and products to the PRC clients. To cope with our rapid development, we are seeking for a qualified individual who has/is:
REQUIREMENTS:

8 yeas or above experience in all round Admin and HR functions;

Significant knowledge in HK and PRC labor regulations;
-
Degree holder;
-
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
-
Able to mediate and cope with people from different cultures and levels;
-
Trilingual proficiency in spoking and writing;
-
Mature, Enthusiastic, Reliable, Self-motivated and Responsible.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
-
Full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to Payroll, MPF, C&B, Recruitment, Staff Caring, HR documentations preparation;

Day-to-day administrative support including but not limited to facilities maintenance, supplies procurement, workplace management;

Organize company events such as annual dinner, entertainment, overseas travel;
-
Work closely with the Management and undertake ad hoc assignment required by the Management.
