Responsibilities

To perform all-round HR functions to the Company such as compensation & benefits, budgeting & control, training & development, talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management;

To formulate, draft, implement and constantly update the HR policies and regulations in compliance with the Group’s direction and local Labour Ordinance;

To implement creative, innovative and successful solutions that align with overall business strategy, and that are consistent with or complementary to the business goals;

To lead and execute in various HR projects on ad-hoc basis;

To work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;

To act as a bridge between management and staff in effective handling employee relations issues.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent;

A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience; regional exposure or experience in state-owned enterprise preferable;

Experience in orchestrating or re-vamping Staff Motivation Program is definitely an advantage;

Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiations skills;

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;

A team player, meticulous and capable to work in a fast-paced environment.
