Our client is a multinational corporation renowned in their industry. We are partnering with them on their search for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead the learning and development team covering a broad spectrum of markets. This role is crucial to business success and reports directly to the Head of Human Resources. 

Key Responsibilities

• Define overall strategy, framework and processes for assessing, developing and managing talent across the organization in a constantly evolving business and environmental context
• Continuously evaluate and communicate talent strategy, plan and periodic progress to key enablers for delivery of talent agenda
• Establish specific grooming interventions for high-performers, and tailored development initiatives C-suite and other senior leaders
• Design and implement learning management systems and allied processes for the organization
• Manage L&D team effectively, keeping in mind technical requirements of the project as well as cultural and interpersonal aspects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior management position, handling talent management and development in a complex multinational organization
• Knowledge of talent management systems, measurements, and processes
• People oriented, strategic, and results driven with strong leadership skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
