Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this position has dual roles to play including recruitment and learning & development functions.

Job Descriptions:

Recruitment

- Act as the HR business partner for a few front line departments to provide all ranges of HR support activities;

- Provide timely hiring and employee services to the servicing departments;

- Conduct regular staff meetings with new joiners for employee engagement purpose;

- Produce various regular HR analytical or market reports to reflect back the result to the Management

Learning & Development

- Work closely with Head of Human Resources to develop and implement HR projects;

- Participate into the annual training needs analysis and source tailor-made training programs to target audiences;

- Execute training plans and evaluate its effectiveness including vendor assessment;

- Monitor training costs and maintain budgetary control of assigned development programs

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or any other related disciplines;

- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in securities or financial industries;

- Preferred with some learning & development coordination experience;

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail;

- People-oriented, self-motivated, good communication and presentation skills;

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
