Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for providing an effective and efficient human resource generalist function that is aligned with departmental and company strategic goals. The responsibilities will include organisation design, recruitment and selection, salary and benefits management, employee relations, talent retention, performance management, change management, policies and procedures, HR reporting and HR projects.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Translates Country HR Roadmap for his/her own client group Supports Line Managers in the following areas : Staffing, Talent Management & Development, Performance
  • Staffing
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition CoE to ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
    • analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job
    • ensure job specification is prepared by line managers
  • Performance Management
    • Partner with Talent Management CoE to manage the company performance management process
    • Implement performance management / talent management initiatives.
    • Ensure that performance management is standardized.
    • Ensure that all employees are informed of and trained in the application of Sanofi performance management model and system.
    • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting
  • Management, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Culture & employee engagement, Diversity & Gender
  • Balance and individual employee matters Management
    • consult and advise management and staff on Labor relations issues.
    • keep up to date on local labor legislations and advise management on any impact
    • attend to employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary and counseling
  • Deploys Group policies, programs & processes within client group
  • Accountable for compliance with local regulations
  • Accountable for Employee Data Management
  • Runs effective Talent Management/Succession plan within client group
  • Accountable for Employee Data accuracy
  • Seamlessly collaborate with COEs & SBS
  • Budget & Cost Management - drive HR related cost savings and manage HR budgets as set by executive management
  • Maintain good rapport and networking both internally at all levels and externally with government bodies, industry group, recruitment agencies, and vendors
  • Perform any other miscellaneous duties as assigned and directed

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree / Master Degree holder in human resources management
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an HRBP
  • Must be conversant with local employment and industrial relations legislation.
  • Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people.
  • High levels of initiative
  • Work independently, with a high degree of responsibility
  • Work well under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Conversant in computer skills
  • Mature personality with good communication, interpersonal and networking skills
