Job Description

OFFICE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS

Career Section

The appointee is expected to be involved in different recruitment and career activities such as local and overseas internship programmes; organising recruitment and career talks; designing, delivering, and evaluating career education programmes and job search skills training to foster students’ career development. He/She will be responsible for internal and external communications of the Career Section; maintaining database for students’ activities and achievements and providing logistic support to mass events and projects.

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree, with at least five years of relevant work experience. They should have good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, conversational Putonghua; good computer skills preferably with statistical software and interpersonal skills; and confidence in programme delivery and planning.  Knowledge of a foreign language is preferable but not a must. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Career Development Officer.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
