Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment process from sourcing, screening to face-to-face interview
• Shortlist the best candidates to the clients according to their requirement
• Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment life cycle
• Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships with providing career consultancy services
• Gain industry knowledge through comprehensive on-job training and communication with candidates
• Develop and maintain the candidate database as the valuable assets of the company

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• Strong understanding about recruitment industry is a must
• 1+ years of relevant experience is preferred
• Applicants with IT knowledge/background is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is a must
• Energetic, willing to learn and performance driven
