Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full range of human resources and general office administration functions.
• Handle and ensure smooth payroll processing and payroll administration.
• Handle recruitment, staff movement, staff benefits and staff relations.
• Handle annual salary review and performance management.
• Monitor the maintenance of staff database and prepare HR related reports for management review.
• Responsible for general administration tasks of office, retail shop and distribution including insurance, facilities and equipment maintenance and licenses, office supplies and renovation.
• Assist annual budget preparation.
• Assist in reviewing of HR and administration policies and procedures and staff handbook.
• Assist in execution of the environmental protection program, ISO14001:2015 compliance, manage and develop health and safety related initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in HR and Administration field with 3 years at managerial level.
• Good knowledge on Employment Ordinance and related regulatory framework.
• Proficient with MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive working attitude.
