Job Description

The Roles:

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, the position of Sales Administration Coordinator will be in charge of:

Administering invoicing activities
Prepare price upload tables in Excel
Providing assistance to sales department relating to all sales administration matters
Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

The Requirements:

Matriculation or above in business related disciplines
At least 1 years experience in sales order handling and invoicing
Knowledge in accounting
Experience with SAP preferred
Proficient in MS Excel
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
A good team player
