Requirements

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience in multinational companies
  • Experience in reception or general office administrative support
  • Computer knowledge in using MS Office such as Word, Excel etc
  • Self-motivated, cheerful, detail-oriented with proactive attitude
  • Proficient in communication of English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls & enquiries and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Responsible for documents & mails distribution and courier arrangement
  • Provide support on hotel booking and organizing company & staff activities
  • Assist in preparing organization chart and ad hoc duties as assigned
