Requirements
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in multinational companies
- Experience in reception or general office administrative support
- Computer knowledge in using MS Office such as Word, Excel etc
- Self-motivated, cheerful, detail-oriented with proactive attitude
- Proficient in communication of English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls & enquiries and greet visitors in a professional manner
- Responsible for documents & mails distribution and courier arrangement
- Provide support on hotel booking and organizing company & staff activities
- Assist in preparing organization chart and ad hoc duties as assigned
