Responsibilities : 

• Data entry, cleaning and analysis according to criteria provided by supervisor 
• Assist in collecting various marketing data, preparing various reports as instructed
• Assist in department to prepare the samples, vendor set up forms 
• Assist in other ad hoc clerical duties for the team 

Requirements : 

• Diploma or above graduates, preferably in Marketing or Business related discipline
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Organized, detail minded with good analytical skills 
• Strong sense in data, meticulous and responsible 
• Proficient in spoken & written Chinese and English .
