Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Japanese Studies
• Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or N3
• Well-organized, energetic, detail-minded with cheerful personality
• Ambitious, team player, self-initiative and sense of responsibilities
• Good command of English and Japanese, fair in spoken Mandarin
• Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese & Japanese WP
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Japanese Manager on business operation and administration support
• Prepare meeting documents, business contracts and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with Japan office and vendors on marketing events arrangement
• Assist in translation duties and ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management
