Job Description

Requirements:

• Provide general clerical supports for human resources department; including but not limited to contract drafting, HRIS data entry, job advertisement postings, and documentary filing;

• Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with at least 1 year working experience

• Self-motivated, independent, and good team player

• Proficiency in MS Office (including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• The right candidate should be able to work as below schedule - Tue to Fri / 9:30am to 3pm (4 days per week)
