Job Responsibilities:

• Greet, welcome customers and perform seat arrangements at the front desk
• Build rapport with guests to secure repeated business
• Handle customers' inquiries under the company's guideline and procedures
• Assist promoting and selling company's products to enhance the sales performance

Job Requirements:

• Secondary education level or above with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in Customer Service, preferably in hospitality industry
• Presentable, proactive, attentive to details and willing to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in spoken English, Chinese as well as written Chinese. Possessing knowledge in Mandarin will be an advantage
