Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Lead and conduct end to end staff acquisition, placement and deployment including bulk recruitment projects during the peak season

Participate in New Business Projects and provide support in hiring process
-
Source and place the right person at the right job to address operational needs to attain target business performance and growth. Adopt professional interview, offer and onboarding processes and practices

Manage manpower supplier’s performance to ensure value for money services with the setup of KPIs
-
To prepare regular hiring process reports and conduct employment reference check process
-
Other ad hoc project when required
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
-
8 years related HR experience of which 3 years at supervisory level from sizable organizations or MNC with hands on bulk recruitment experience

Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and common HR practices
-
Responsible, proactive, multi-tasking and a good team player
-
Regional exposure, team player with track record on working with multi-cultural teams
-
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS system
-
Good communication and presentation skills
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Candidate with lesser work experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
