Job duties:

• Manage all incoming telephone calls and take care of visiting guests
• Provide and support to HR & Admin Department, duties such as data entries, typing, filing and report analysis and company activities
• Outdoor work will be required occasionally
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• DSE or above with around 1 year solid experience in Admin duties
• Pleasant with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to learn, self-motivated and service-oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing
• Immediate availability is preferred
