Job Description

Responsibilities:

Work with COO in providing all-rounded and professional HR and Admin. services to ensure effective and efficient workflow of the departments; act as the bridge between management team and employees through effective communications.

  • Engage actively in manpower planning and talent acquisition; develop and recommends sourcing & hiring strategies; ensure that recruitment efforts meet staffing objectives & provide highly positive experience to all candidates;  
  • Acts as a resource to Department Heads on all aspects of organizational effectiveness, including: Staffing/Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations issues and People Strategies & Leadership Coaching, etc.
  • Administer monthly payroll process to ensure effective and efficient payroll operations and produce corresponding reports; analysis and implementation;
  • Provides consultation and support to Teams on HR relations issues and applicable company policies and employment laws;
  • Maintain good communication network and build effective employee relations in order to create an open, supportive working environment among all employees;
  • Leads the implementation of key people initiatives for HK and China offices; assesses the people and organizational implications of achieving the people strategy;
  • Organize and supervise the administration work of Company, include administration policy and procedure review, budget/inventory control, office procurement and project management;
  • Responsible in HR and Admin. activities and ad hoc projects as assigned as required.

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business-related studies.
  • At least 8 years solid HR experience, with minimum 2 years at managerial grade.
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment and MPF Ordinance, Taxation and related legal regulations
  • With knowledge of the Mainland Labor Ordinance and HR practices would be an advantage.
  • Experience in office administration/inventory control/procurement is a plus.
  • Good command of oral and written English & Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
  • Good interpersonal skills and service-oriented, has ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm, ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and maturity required.
  • Able to travel to China occasionally
  • Immediate available would be an advantage.
