Our client is one of the leading fashion retailers with retail shops in Asia. To cope with their rapid advancement, they are now in search of candidates who are capable of joining their elite team as a Retail Trainer / Training Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement suitable learning methods for frontline staff on Sales Training, Grooming, Product Training, etc.

• Develop training materials and evaluate methods to ensure effectiveness

• To drive corporate learning and development projects to meet high business growths

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of solid experience in the retail and wholesale industry

• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills

• Great command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Immediate availability is preferred

*More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Retail Trainer
