Job Description
One of our Retail Client is looking for an experienced C&B Manager (HK & China) to join their team.
Responsibilities for both HK & China Region

Manage full range of C&B functions, develop and implement various C&B programs strategically

Prepare regular HR reports and cost analysis for management review

Lead annual C&B projects including salary review, performance bonus exercise, incentive scheme, staff cost budget projection and salary benchmarking exercise

Participate in reviewing, designing, formulating and implementing various employee benefits schemes and initiatives to ensure that they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements

Monitor all payroll administration functions and tax filing

Review annual salary and consolidate the internal & external annual salary benchmarking

Plan and execute HR initiatives, such as salary & benefits programs, incentive plans and manpower budgets

Implement and maintain the company HRIS
Requirements:
-
University graduate in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
-
At least 6 years experience in C&B experience in Retail or FMCG industry
-
Well-versed with both HK & China Employment Ordinance and related statutory requirements, retirement schemes ruling and taxation, etc.

Strong business sense, management, problem solving, presentation and communication skills

Excellent written and spoken English & Chinese
