Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of administrative, HR and clerical supports to the department such as HR daily routines, data entry, record updates, interview arrangement, office administration etc
• Responsible for frontline staff recruitment process including reference check and on boarding process
• Assist in organizing job fair and job advertising work
• Maintain an efficient filing system
• Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

 Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. With relevant work experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations is preferable
• Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel,Outlook
• Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills
• Well-organized, self-motivated, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua
• Immediate available will be an advantage
