What you would be doing?

• Identify suitable candidates and clients to be matched with each other
• Screening, Interviewing, Selecting and preparing candidate profiles for clients
• Manage entire 360 recruitment process to ensure required deadlines are met
• Coordination between Clients & Candidates for meetings
• Business Development of new Candidates and Clients through prospecting for leads

What we need from you?

• Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing, Business, Human Resources or related discipline is an advantage
• Outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to present ideas fluently in written and spoken English, Chinese is an advantage
• Good technical skills with Microsoft Office and other apps
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
