Job Description

1. Perform daily work including staffs attendance, monthly payroll calculations, final payment calculations, preparation of MPF, maintain and update staffs record & leave management
2. Prepare HR memo, correspondences, letters, forms and announcement
3. Perform any ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned

Requirement

1. Diploma or above in HR Management or related disciplines
2. 2 years or above relevant experience in full spectrum of HR functions
3. Solid experience in recruitment activities and employee relations
4. Good knowledge in Hong Kong employment ordinance and other labour related laws
5. Well-organized, efficient, people-oriented and good interpersonal skills
6. Proficient in communication of English and Chinese
7. Immediate availability is preferred
