Responsibilities:

• Handle I/E shipping documents and liaise shipment booking with transportation companies and customers
• Follow up orders and logistics issues including invoicing and system input
• Provide general administration and clerical support to the team
• Perform outdoor and ad hoc tasks as and when required

Requirements:

• F5 or above with relevant work experience
• Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn, organized and attentive to details
• Proficiency in using MS Office and Chinese work processing
• Duration: from May 2019 to September 2019
