Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to handle and organize daily administration activities / events of IT Department
• Be responsible for the administration of staff on/off board and orientation
• Register and maintain information of IT vendors as well as monitor and evaluate its performance
• Monitor IT procurement process and ensure the company policy on purchase / payment process is followed
• Provide administrative support to the department

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant gained from experience in IT industry or IT department
• Knowledge on IT procurement with practical knowledge on IT products/service, such as licensing, IT applications, outsourcing & etc.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and resolve conflicts
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
