Responsibilities:

• Perform fund valuation and net asset value reconciliation
• Reconciliate between broker & custodian statement and internal trading record
• Prepare trade instruction and settlement, position reconciliation, corporate actions, fund expense payment processing and cash management, etc.; 
• Liaise with prime broker, broker, custodian bank and other service providers on fund valuation, transactions, and cash position issues
• Participate in projects of new fund setup, fund supplement review and handle custodian and brokerage trading account opening;
• Provide operational support, ensure operational workflow comply with regulatory and internal operating guidelines
• Participate in system enhancement and testing (UAT)
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by superiors.

 Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience in Fund Operations experience in Asset Management, Custodian or Trustee
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
• Good understanding in operation workflow and knowledge in Asset Management Industry is highly recommended
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong computer skills for example Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
