Responsibilities:

• Hands on preparing of statutory returns and filings;

• Provide full spectrum of companies secretarial matters of the listed company;

• Responsible for administration of companies within the Group including establishment, winding up or other corporate actions relating to corporate entities;

• Review matters or questions related to compliance issue and provide consultative support; and provide quality reporting on Compliance matters to Chief Financial Officer and/or Board of Directors;

• Preparation and monitoring of company information disclosure, including monthly/interim/annual reports, announcements and circular;

• Organize and prepare for board meetings, committee meetings and shareholder meetings and relevant minutes.

 Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma holder of Company Secretarial studies of Vocational Training Council, Caritas, YMCA, Open University and equivalents

• Student Member of HKICS

• More than 1 year Company Secretarial experience is preferred

• New graduates will also be considered

• Good command of English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is preferred

• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

• Mature, self-motivated, hard-working, responsible and able to work under pressure

• Immediately available preferred.
