Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with local and international business partners to ensure success of Group’s projects and strategies;
• Interact with business partners by phone or email (Japanese, English, Chinese);
• Interpret at meetings and calls;
• Translate documents bilingual in English, Japanese and Chinese;
• Prepare and compose correspondences, presentation materials and reports;
• Provide support in meetings arrangements and follow up;
• Work closely with the Business Development team in developing and closing deals;
• Assist in ad hoc projects when necessary; and
• Travel abroad if necessary.

Requirements:

• Native Japanese and fluent in spoken and written English. Other language skills will be a plus;
• Degree holder in Finance/Business Management or any other related disciplines, with strong quantitative ability;
• Proficiency in MS applications;
• Planning and project management skills to manage time and information effectively and efficiently;
• Has a can do attitude and willingness to learn with the intention to go above and beyond to achieve all tasks; and
• Good interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, organized, creative, excellent communication skills, independent, highly motivated and can work under pressure.
