RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assistant to supervise a team to perform daily settlement of Equities, Futures & Commodities , OTC & Fixed Income and Derivatives Market
• Assistant to monitor daily operations of Settlement Department to provide good quality of services, minimize operational risk and to streamline workflow.
• Handle the regular statutory reporting.
• Support new products settlement e.g. FX, MM & other derivative investment products.
• Formulate and implement appropriate policies and procedures to cope with the Group and the statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and conduct settlement related system modifications and/or enhancements to meet with business needs.
• Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management from time to time.
• Handle the regular statutory reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience on handling Exchange-Traded and OTC products and familiar with the reporting procedure of US IRS QI, FATCA, and HK CRS.
• Good understanding of statutory requirements onequities and futures business.
• Knowledge on derivative product settlement such as NDF, IRS and CCS will be an advantage.  
• Extensive experience on process re-engineering and system enhancement projects.
• Good team player and able to work under pressure, with good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
