Major Responsibilities

• Perform front office function on managing a portfolio and supporting sales activity;
• Prepare daily reports for traders;
• Closely work with traders on daily basis and perform pre-trade/post-trade checking;
• Develop and improve internal database, trade systems and spreadsheets for daily tasks;
• Perform in-depth analysis on financial markets with the goal of generating trade ideas;
• Support the team in managing client relationships, update and prepare marketing materials and publications;
• Assist for ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor. 

Requirements

• 1-3 year work experience. Recent graduate will be considered
• Bachelor degree or above in Economics/ Finance/ Mathematics/ Risk Management/ Computer engineering would be preferred but not necessary
• Proficiency or demonstrated experience in VBA/ other programming languages is advantageous  
• Enthusiastic about financial markets
• Well-developed interpersonal and influencing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Puotonghua
• Strong time management skills with excellent self-motivation
