Job Responsibilities:  

• Strategic planning and identifying investment trends and opportunities
• Drive and implement business initiatives to facilitate business growth
• Provide insight and direction, lead onshore investment teams, effectively maintain portfolio developments and asset allocation
• Work with professionals to structure and negotiate deals 
• Responsible for the management of the investment team
• Handle ad-hoc projects as required 

Job Requirements: 

• University graduate, preferably in a business or finance related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of portfolio investment and supervisory experience in financial institutions
• Expert knowledge in investment funds, in particular private equity fund
• Proven track record in achieving business results with strong stakeholder management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive with excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills
• High level of customer-centric mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
