Our client, a well-known bank, is now looking for experienced Branch Relationship Manager Assistance/Sales associate to join their branch network.

Responsibilities:

• Support all operations to retail relationship manager including accounting opening
• Support tailored made individual financial products to RM for existing and prospective customers’ needs including but not limited to products on insurance, investment and other banking products
• Handling inbound or outbound call for supporting RM
• Handle new and existing customer enquiry all round in branch
• Ensure the branch is operated in accordance with the established rules, procedures and guidelines
• Ensure daily operation process are in compliance with CDD/AML policies
• Handle complaints and maintain good relationship with customers

Requirements:

• Secondary education or above
• 2 years’ experience in retail banking operations with 1 year general banking experience is advantage.
• Pass in IIQE Paper 1,2,3 will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
