Job Responsibilities:

• Main job function is to properly implement operational risk control and compliance framework within Treasury.
• To ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines/requirements as well as internal group and department policies & procedures.
• To identify relevant laws/guidelines/regulations and work with Compliance and Operational Risk Management to develop Risk Control Self-Assessment that relate to the Business Units.
• To perform periodic compliance and operational risk management testing.
• To provide periodic compliance and operational risk management reporting including timely escalation of incidents.
• To assist on investigation and root cause analysis.
• To assist on KYC process for Bank FI and Non-Bank FI on-boarding.
• Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• University degree with major in business management or related discipline is preferred.
• 3-5 years' working experience in financial industry, those with risk management or compliance exposure in Treasury will be an advantage.
• Able to work under a high pressure environment.
• Diligent, highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Possess good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill; high proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Pleasant, positive attitude must be a team player with high level of integrity.
