Our Client is a Japanese Company and now willing to found a Fiance Director who know Full-set Finance to support their business:  

Job Description:

• Report to Regional General Manager of Management Office & Finance
• Leading a small team based in SA
• Oversee all finance matters of South Asia region including financial reports & budgets, taxation, banking, internal & external audit, cash flow control, company secretarial matters
• Manage HR and Corporate Administration of Hong Kong office
• Develop and implement control policies and procedures for finance department
• Other ad-hoc projects assigned by senior management

Qualification:

• Degree holder in Accounting and be a qualified accountant (ACCA, HKICPA)
• 10+ years in MNC, Japanese organization is preferably
• Knowledge with JSOX, JGAAP, IFRS
• Fluent in both English and Chinese is essential, Japanese would be nice
• Experience in financial report consolidation, quarterly budget, reporting system
• Good PC skills in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
• Familiar with SAP is a must
• Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Immediate available

Package:

• Monthly salary HK$60,000 maximum
• Performance bonus (not guarantee)
• 5 working days
• Annual leave 12 days
